Seldom do the photos online depict exactly what you will see once you arrive. Not here. The house was very clean, well appointed, and perfectly located. The online accuracy was spot on, the communication through the process was timely and complete, and the self checkin/out was hassle free. Probably the best rental we have ever had in the states and certainly in the Keys. The house is within a ~mile or less of fishing, diving, restaurants, spas, breweries etc. At the end of the property is a canal great for watching the sunset. The location is ideal. Perfect for a family or a couples getaway. Highly recommend this property.

Family Thanksgiving Vacay

Little Basin Villas was the perfect spot for my family of six ranging from age 9-75 for our first visit to the keys. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was great also - walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staying on Islamorada allowed us to explore Key Largo to Key West as well as enjoy Islamorada. I would definitely recommend it!!

Great location and spacious property!!!

Stayed for ten days. The location was great. The condo was as presented online. Had great amenities. The pool was relaxing and having drinks on the channel provided a pretty sunset. I would definitely go back!!!!

Fishing trip getaway

Little Basin Villas is a hidden gem with very clean, modern and spacious 3 bedroom villas with 3 1/2 bathrooms. Surprisingly nice pool, dock area for temporary boat dockage during your stay. Well landscaped and thought through. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect Location

I brought family down to islamorada for their first visit to the Keys! The house is amazing. . . beautiful, clean, spacious, and in an excellent location for convenient walking to restaurants and shopping! I will definitely check availability at Little Basin Villas first the next time I'm in the Keys! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Islamorada Retreat

This was a beautiful place to stay with family while exploring Islamorada and attending my nephews wedding. There were 6 of us that stayed and the home was spacious and provided enough privacy for all for our 6 nights. We walked to several breweries and restaurants and enjoyed the shared pool area. Wonderful place and wonderful stay.
