Dockage

At our luxurious waterfront property, we offer a range of amenities to enhance your stay and provide you with the ultimate experience of relaxation and immersion in Islamorada's tropical beauty.  One of the standout features of our property is the availability of (2) boat dockages (Concrete and Floating). If you are planning to bring your own boat or rent one during your stay, we offer reserved boat dockage (subject to availability). This allows you to conveniently park and secure your boat, ensuring easy access for your aquatic adventures.  In addition to boat dockage, we also provide a floating dock specifically designed for launching kayaks and paddle boards. This feature allows you to explore the stunning Florida Bay at your own pace, gliding through the crystal-clear waters and discovering hidden coves and mangrove forests. 

The concrete dock offers 52' of dockage and the floating dock offers 46' of dockage. The floating dock can handle 2 boats that have a combined length of 46’ and can fit easily. The concrete dock can handle 2 boats with a combined length of 52’ and can fit easily.

Whether you are an experienced kayaker or a beginner looking to try paddle boarding for the first time, our floating dock provides a safe and convenient platform for launching your watercraft. Take advantage of this amenity to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Islamorada.

Please note that boat dockage and the use of the floating dock for launching kayaks and paddle boards must be reserved at the time of booking, subject to availability. We recommend contacting our customer service team to secure these amenities in advance. 

If the dockage is not available or for overflow, we recommend these 2 marina's (both Marina's are also on the Bayside):  Worldwide Sportsman Marina - 0.3 mile south and Coral Bay Marina - .4 mile north (on the same canal as LBV).
